I just read this last month and it--much like your review--was overwrought as hell.<br /><br />You hit the nail on the head, though I couldn&#39;t bring myself to read past the fourth paragraph. It was a book I greatly wanted to like, but for me it fell flat. <br /><br />At least you did others the service of a review and sharing your opinion.
