Fantasy authors take note. Stories about vampires and dragons are so played out. Talking dragons. Sparkly vampires. That's so last week.
But vampire dragons. Now that's an idea everyone can get behind. There's something magical about large bloodsucking reptiles. Maybe it's because they remind us of children--I don't know--but it's a New York Times bestseller waiting to happen.
So someone out there, please, make it happen.

Are dragons not already blood-sucking creatures? Maybe quaffing is a better word? And how would a romanian accent sound on a reptile? do they make house sized coffins?
You know what would sell?
A small boy finds out he's a wizard after many years of being abused by his aunt and uncle, and not any normal wizard, even by wizarding standards!
I heard a book with vampire elves was comming out. I think we're getting close.
Vampire elves. Now you're talking. Nothing scarier than a bloodsucking Keebler elf on a bender looking for his cookies.
Matt,
That idea about a small boy finding out he's a wizard and going to wizarding school would never sell. Who'd want to read that?
All I have to say to this is this: http://ww2.wizards.com/gatherer/CardDetails.aspx?&id=29969
(Alright, I have one more thing, namely that this is an awesome suggestion of awesome proportions.)
