"The White Mary" is the debut novel of accomplished journalist Kira Salak. Marika Vecera, an accomplished war reporter, has dedicated her life to helping the world’s oppressed and forgotten. "Twenty Fragments of a Ravenous Youth" is the latest novel from Xiaolu Guo, author of the 2007 Orange Prize finalist, "A Concise Chinese-English Dictionary for Lovers". "Pirate Sun" by Karl Schroeder is the third book in his Virga series.
